Compassionate Beginnings in the NICU (CB) is a training program for staff to improve quality of care. This is achieved through CB’s capacity to deepen knowledge and skills of NICU staff while sensitively sustaining an alignment with both Developmental and Family Centered Care practices. In development since 2001, Compassionate Beginnings is being launched nationwide beginning Fall 2007.
