Compassionate Beginnings™
In the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
The program’s purpose is to improve quality of life and alleviate stress by optimizing the delivery of individualized Family and Relationship-Centered Care. Staff skills enhanced with CB’s developmentally sensitive methodology and perspectives augment staff comprehension and capacity in delivering care to support premature baby’s vulnerable brain development. Simultaneously, staff develop effectiveness for working to support parents in achieving the understanding and notably the parenting skills to care for and emotionally bond with their at-risk baby(s). Infant Massage Instructor Certification Training
People from all walks of life participate and become Instructors Certified by HFL to teach the art and science of parenting skills through Infant Massage/Touch Communication™. They leave with the confirmed knowledge that loving and attuned relationship skills change the lives of people of all ages, including themselves.
Infant Massage Parent Classes
Taught by HFL Certified Instructors, infants and their caretakers learn the art of forming secure relationships through attuned communication and nurturing massage. This brings lifelong developmental benefits for the body, mind, and spirit of the family.
